Mr. Fourr represents Internet and other information technology companies in deals to develop and distribute products and services through strategic partnerships and technology licensing agreements. Mr. Fourr also acts as part-time general counsel for technology companies. Mr. Fourr's clients include Internet commerce companies, Internet service and content providers, software developers, computer component manufacturers and telecommunications equipment manufacturers.
